FAQ's relating to Cirrus 1.5 inch 1MB keyring frame.
  
Q: My Frame is not recognised/I cannot connect my frame.
 
A: Follow these steps:
   1. Close the software down.
   2. Connect the frame
   3. On the frame, move the cursor to select USB update and press the 'MENU' button.
   4. Open the Software.
 
Q: My frame does not seem to charge.
 
A: Connect the frame and select USB charge by pressing the 'MENU' button. The frame will need to charge for 3-4 hours.
